Our Response to COVID-19

At Mainway Mazda, the safety of our customers and staff is paramount. We are continually monitoring the COVID-19 situation and our procedures are updated based on the recommendation of the Saskatchewan Government and public health officials.

To ensure the safety and well being of our customers and staff, the following safety measures have been implemented throughout our dealership.

  • Social distancing
    • Employees have been asked to avoid shaking hands and to keep 6 feet apart from others
  • Frequent handwashing
  • Frequent sanitization of workstations & washrooms with anti-bacterial &/or alcohol-based cleaners
    • Separate public restroom for customers that is cleaned frequently throughout the day
  • Masks are available for those who choose to wear one
  • Temporary closure of coffee and refreshment stations
  • Hand sanitizer located throughout the dealership

Additional Safety Measures for Sales Department

  • Signage has been posted at the front door of our showroom to direct sales customers
  • Showroom vehicles are thoroughly sanitized prior to & after a test drive or viewing of a vehicle
  • Sales staff are instructed to sit in the back seat of the vehicle during a test drive to minimize contact
  • Customers are provided with their own pens to sign any applicable paperwork

Additional Safety Measures for Parts & Service Department

  • For your safety and ours, our shuttle service has been suspended
  • All vehicles are handled with gloves, seat covers & are sanitized before and after for all touch points
  • Exterior cleans (outside of sanitization) are currently unavailable
  • Minimized waiting area (limited & distanced seating)
  • Plexiglass installed at Parts and Service Counters
  • Contactless vehicle drop off is recommended
  • Separate entrance for parts and service customers (located on the west side of the building)
